horrible I recently went too this dealership and put a deposit on a truck I wanted, then too arrive found out they sold it on me due to "unorganized paperwork" I recently went too this dealership and put a deposit on a truck I wanted, then too arrive found out they sold it on me due to "unorganized paperwork" as the managers excuse was. So after showing me many buckets of bolt barely put together rams they finally found me a replacement. Then to make things better they stuck me with the lovely and kind"" JOANNE GAU". She was not only rude and had poor customer service skills. She offered me and overpriced and shoddy warranty that was prolly worth more than the truck. I figure when you'd drive all the way in from calgary they'd understand that gas isn't cheap these days. They forgot too fill the gas tank and Joanne kept offering overpriced things that weren't even necessary. I was confused if she was actually sales or finance by the way she kept offering me things to presume the truck was going too break down after I left the dealership. The sales guy was nice but lacked fundamental knowledge of trucks. Ohhh and he gave the truck I wanted too someone else due too " unorganized paperwork" overall I'd say don't go too these guys unless your gullible and want to get treated like crap. May I recommend a "people skills and respect for truck buyers course" for Joanne Gau who was very rude and condescending to the point of never wanting to come back again. More

2017 Ram 1500 Found vehicle online and contacted dealership to confirm availability. Dealer responded right away and invited me to visit. I was met by a sales rep (Dean) who answered all of my questions, provided further info on the vehicle and made me feel completely at ease - no pressure sales. Oil change and vehicle service First experience was with an oil change.staff were extremely courteous and knowledgable. Horrible experience I seen this dealership had some amazing deals and contacted them. I talked to a young guy, we agreed on a price and he wasn't prepared to honor it whe I seen this dealership had some amazing deals and contacted them. I talked to a young guy, we agreed on a price and he wasn't prepared to honor it when it came time to pay but he did when questioned about it. Gave him a visa number to put 5000.00 as down payment just for him to come back to me after saying "Done deal" and tell me the truck had sold prior to his knolage a day before. He then offered me a truck similar to with an msrp of 49.00$ less but wanted 1000.00 more when questioned about this he sent the msrp for the truck witch was a couple thousand less then what they had on there site. (Make you think it's a better deal). They where not willing to make the situation right or provide me with the owners contact info so I could ask him if he could make this right. By far the worst people on the earth. More

Excellent Service I had my Ram 3500 in previously for a front pinion bearing. It was fixed, however a couple months later I noticed a 4x4 vibration. Cochrane Dodge foun I had my Ram 3500 in previously for a front pinion bearing. It was fixed, however a couple months later I noticed a 4x4 vibration. Cochrane Dodge found the universal joints worn. Jason took very good care of me and refunded a good portion of the labour charge since he thought it should have been noticed during the previous work. More
