I could ask every question I had, and he answered everything since I first contacted him. Once I went to the dealer, Steve Vesters gave us an excellent offer for my old car and provided everything I wanted, such as a tow hitch and a remote starter installation to the new CX-9 quickly. Angela Foscarini helped me through the finance part and tried to find the right payment plan for my budget. After purchase, I had a few questions regarding the car, and they asked me to bring it back to check to ensure everything works well. Brandon Spry was a service manager, and he took the car and had a test drive, explained what was happening, and confirmed that there was nothing to worry about. Highly recommend contacting them if you want a used or brand-new car because they are a Local Mazda dealer, and they give trust and do not cut off contact after selling a car when you need it. I love my new CX-9 and hope not to have any issues with my new car!!! More

Steve Vesters, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful, fair, and easy to deal with, making me comfortable with the entire sales process. Angela Foscarini, the Financial Manager, explained all the financial aspects in detail and made the transaction easy by highlighting all the important parts of the various documents. Chris worked miracles and delivered a spotless, shiny, impeccably clean (yet used) vehicle that I am thrilled to drive. Thanks everyone! More

After visiting 5 different dealerships these past 6 weeks and being met with apathy and indifference it was a pleasure to deal with folks who listened to what I wanted, didn't try to up-sell me, didn't push me into a financing plan I couldn't handle but, most importantly, were downright pleasant, helpful and efficient. Went in on Friday, picked up the new wheels yesterday (Wednesday). What a team! Couldn't recommend them enough! More

Cobourg Mazda - Review February 25, 2023 (If I could give it 10 stars, I would!) Just two weeks ago I started to look for a low mileage previously-owned Mazda CX5 which was in great condition for our daught it 10 stars, I would!) Just two weeks ago I started to look for a low mileage previously-owned Mazda CX5 which was in great condition for our daughter. We were working with a certain budget and had done our homework on what to expect to pay. I Googled the top Mazda dealerships and Cobourg Mazda showed up as the top Mazda Dealership in Ontario. This dealership is over a 90 minute drive away (on a good day) and has EXCEEDED our expectations. Josh Koffman was the only salesperson from over 10 Mazda dealerships that I'd written to who responded by 'phone (and within an hour of me contacting his dealership via their website). That set him apart from the get-go, given the personal touch. He had understood exactly what I was looking for. He then forwarded me photos and details of two vehicles which met our criteria, which I immediately sent onto our daughter. Short story, Josh put one of the cars on hold for me to see next morning and wow, the drive was certainly worth it! We picked up the immaculate car this morning. I can’t wait for my daughter’s beaming smile when she takes her first car for a drive tomorrow. Josh is a gentle-mannered, upfront, ‘no pressure’ sales guy who knows the car sales industry well. He’s worked at the Cobourg Mazda for two years and I’m hoping he’s there when we upgrade our other daughter’s car. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone, whether a new or used car.
