Coastal Ford exceeded my expectations! Was considering a Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Fiat...and honestly, initially Ford barely made it onto my radar. But am I ever glad I'd checked them out! Not only did I find the Ford Fiesta so much fun to drive along with competitive rates, but I'd ultimately felt the most comfortable and confident trusting the friendly staff at Coastal Ford Vancouver (Evans Ave.) I was surprised that some other dealerships still employ the old cliché sales tactics that can put people off from the entire car buying experience. Not the case here. Chris, the sales manager, didn't give me any BS and was very easy to deal with and transparent throughout the transaction. Jessyca, in sales, never pressured or rushed me, and only provided help and assistance whenever necessary. Even after signing all the paperwork, Jessyca took the time to pair my phone with my new car, along with familiarizing me with all the car's features, rather than having me Youtube a tutorial or read the manual. And it was raining the day I received my new vehicle and though I could have swapped my plates over myself, Jessyca insisted she tackle the task and went into the cold to took care of everything. I have nothing but praise for the level of service and attention provided to me by the staff at Coastal and I'm a happy Ford customer from now on, as a result of it. Even after such a positive experience, Jessyca still offers periodic follow up and support and I'm impressed by her commitment. In spite of that old saying, customer service is NOT dead, at least not in the case of dealing with this dealership. Very impressed and thank you Jessyca, Chris and staff at Coastal Ford. Guy More

Our salesperson Jamie was very good and introduced us to his supervisor Chris. We were very impressed with the Edge and were shopping around for one that weekend. Coastal Ford was our first stop and we didn't have a chance to go to the next dealer as we ended up buying the car we test drove with 190 kms on it. This was another first because we never drive away a new car that has more than 50 kms on it. That being said, I love my car! I'm familiar with Ford Edge as I had a Lincoln MKX. The Edge is better than MKX. Thank you Coastal Ford and a special ‘thank you’ note to Jamie, our sales rep. He is very efficient and I always find his response - professional, timely and willingness to look into things we want whenever we call or text him. Thanks Jamie. More
Horrible experience at this Ford dealership This dealership is the worst I've been to. I was interested in their 2015 Mustang GT (VIN:1FA6P8CF9F5300223). I booked a test drive session with a sal This dealership is the worst I've been to. I was interested in their 2015 Mustang GT (VIN:1FA6P8CF9F5300223). I booked a test drive session with a sales scheduled for April 21, 2015 at 6:30 PM. I arrived on time, then the sales rep told me the General Manager drove it home after the car was fixed. This is a demo car, but still relatively new. It already has exhaust issue according to the sales. But the GM drove it home after I book the test drive? Really? Is the GM not very bright or something? The sales rep is also quite incompetent, because he could have simply phoned me and told me the car is not present. It was such a waste of my time coming from Burnaby. For anyone who is interested in buying this particular Mustang (VIN:1FA6P8CF9F5300223), Don't. It already has things broken (exhaust), I would guess it's the GM who has been abusing it on a daily basis. If you wanna get it, push for a killer deal, at least 20% off MSRP with no PDI or Freight. More
