Arrived at City Cadillac dealer with what i thought was a developing problem in my 2016 ATS 2T transmision. I left my vehicle with service consultant, Faruk, who told me they would look at it and call with p developing problem in my 2016 ATS 2T transmision. I left my vehicle with service consultant, Faruk, who told me they would look at it and call with prognosis in about 2 hrs. Thwy must have got busy, nobody called. After 4 hrs. I called Faruk and he told me my car was ready for pick-up. Apperently the mechanic had seen the symptoms before and has a flush procedure to correct it. All covered by warranty, no charge. Very nice. Experience, efficiency and quality. I will return for my next service requirements. Highly recommended. More
