Had a 4 hour wait at the dealership for oil change and winter tire swap for my car. Arrived just before my 10:00 am appointment and was told to sit and wait for someone to even check me in! Then at 1:00 pm I couldn’t find anyone to give me a status on my car. Had to track down the Service Mgr to look into. Car was ready by 2:00 pm and didn’t even get a brief from service rep Alexis on what they found during servicing. Not sure if I’m coming back although I’ve used this dealership for 9 years for my Cadillacs. More

On Oct 29 we brought a 2021 new Tahoe from City Buick. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the customer service provided by the salespeople. The car was not clean when we received it. What's more, the screw cap at the passenger handle was missing, and a plastic cover cleat was broken underneath the 3rd row seats. The car clearly did not go through a proper pre-delivery inspection. Over 10 days after we picked up the car, we’re still waiting for the parts and we have not received any call or communication from the dealer. Prior to closing the sale, we were also promised a full tank of gas, but noticed the fuel gauge showed only a quarter tank left when we hopped in the car. We went back to ask the salesperson, who brushed us off and redirected us to the sales manager; we then asked the sales manager and he said that GM did not offer full tanks of gas anymore. The sales manager was rude when we brought up these issues, which we discovered after we paid for the car. We were disappointed at how two-faced the sales manager was, as he had been polite and accommodating but only before we closed the sale. My husband and I had a very bad experience with this GM dealer, which is incredibly regrettable as we are big fans of GM Chevrolet. More
