I received a letter from GM Canada for a recall that my 2013 Chevy Equinox has something defective with the emission and to take it to a dealership of my choice and fix it. Although I live in Thornhill with just 10 minutes drive of another GM dealership on Yonge street & Steeles and where I bought my Chevy Equinox from just 5 months ago, I choose to take it all the way to City Buick dealership, located 1900 Victoria Park near Scarborough, Ontario The reason why I did drive 45 minutes away from my home rather than drive only 10 minutes from my home is because I know that the people at City Buick Cadillac dealership on Victoria Park Avenue are honest, qualified & trustworthy It took only less than an hour while I was sitting haviof and my car was fixed well and ready to go I will definitely go back to City Buick Cadillac dealership if I need anything to be done with my Chevy Equinox in the future I think everybody should trust them with their servicemen, experience & reputation Marc Maclouf H.i More

Initial problem with bolt pattern on existing steel rims eventually resolved to my satisfacton. Had previously been told my existing rims for my 2014 Tedrrain would fit my new Equinox that I bought in the eventually resolved to my satisfacton. Jim Bell and Angelo Guerriero were able to work out a great recovery to what was quickly turning into a bad customer experience. Well done to both of them. More
