Horrible, stay away at all cost. Rude, theft and bad service I dont know where to start, yes its that bad. Went with my dad to get a used Hyundai with low mileage. After signing the Manager came to me and said there was a recall and the engine need to be replaced..LOL..i was furious that they didnt mention that before signing. The manager promised to put a brand new engine guaranteed for 5 years.. When i arrived home i saw that the total price of the car was 3k more...Upon reading the contract i found out that they charge us 2k extended warranty on the car which i didnt ask for. Went back and gave them xxxx..The seller offered me a check from Huyndai for 525$ and apologised for the theft..Yes i consider this Theft. Be careful not to buy those extended warranty if you dont need it..My car had 35k and good till 100k.. Further more, when i was at the dealership, prior to take my plate and registration, the girl im sitting with shouted loudly to her colleague across the room if he received my proof of insurance for the car. I havent seen this behaviour even in a third world country dealership. Totally unprofessional and rude. And the icing on the cake when i was at the service manager's office finding out aboyut the engine and the recall. When his phone rang..The man pick up the phone in the middle of our conversation without excusing himself. I was in shock and stood there for 5 min like an idiot till he finished his phone conversation. I complained to him and his response was "i had to take it, its a customer to you know" I couldn't believe what i was hearing. At least apologise after your animal behaviour, but no he was arguing with me giving me unjustifiable explanations. As you can see, we went to pick up a car from the dealership and this is what we got... I also emailed a copy of this writing to Hyundai headquarters. To be avoided at all cost plz. More

They send me an confirmation letter for this invitation with the appointment at my convenience. I even brought a friend to share with him my enthusiasm. But as it is said "to good to be truth", nothing from all I have been told: no drinks, no food, and worse, not even cars for test drive. On top, this seller guy, instead of turning a unpleasant situation into a favorable one, he ruined our willingness. Just a shameless lie... Left after a few minutes, disgusted and embarrassed for my friend and I. I will never go back there. More

Don't Do It! I brought my car in for service yesterday - Specifically because they had a shuttle service to take me to work. I told them when I booked my appointm I brought my car in for service yesterday - Specifically because they had a shuttle service to take me to work. I told them when I booked my appointment i had to be at work for 9, told- no problem. They called me Tuesday night to confirm my appointment, i confirmed with them again - i need to be at work for 9, again told no problem,i asked at what time i had to be there at for the shuttle - was told no time, just show up and I can go. So i showed up, dropped off my car, and GREAT - no Shuttle. The Shuttle left and would only be back at 9.10. I asked why wasn't I told it left earlier I would gladly have gotten there earlier, and was told they don't really know when the shuttle leaves or when it comes back. I had to take a cab to work so I wouldn't be late and when asked for a refund of the cab fees, the MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP said 'I don't have to pay you a thing, I offered a service and that's your problem you didn't take it'. I guess I was telling people what time I started work at for no reason, since according to the manager, I should have been okay getting to work at 10. Lesson Learned.. More
