Really disappointed in where this dealership is headed. Showed early promise when we bought our first vehicle. But now it seems to be a new crew in there every time we go in for a service. More

I feel a little bummed in the sense of spending close to 700 dollars for an oil change and 1000 on a heater motor. There could have been a courtesy car wash or maybe a vacuum. Their service department no longer offers simple oil changes. You have to pay $280 for a small car for the service package with tire rotation a multipoint inspection.
