Chetna, in the Service Department, went out of her way to ensure that even though I could not get booked in before my prepaid services expired due to the fact they were fully booked up for the entire month. ensure that even though I could not get booked in before my prepaid services expired due to the fact they were fully booked up for the entire month. Chetna contacted Head Office and explained the situation and got approval to extend the time. They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle, including anything that may not have been in the previously done due to my low mileage. While they were doing the service, they discovered a leak in the sunroof that had caused water to puddle on the floor of the passenger side of the back seat. They contacted Head Office to get authorization for the repair. Head Office, instead of replying to the request in writing, phoned Keith, the servicr manager. He explained the situation to them at length. However, their reply was that as the date of the 4 year prepaid service plan had passed on October 18th, even though they approved the extension, they would not be paying for fixing the leak in the sunroof. At that point, Keith, the service manager, knowing the entire situation, made an incredibly generous decision. Keith decided to cover the expense for the sunroof repair through Chilliwack VW. I am extremely appreciative of Chetna and Keith and the service staff for everything they did for me. More

I bought mine used car from Chilliwack Volkswagen and on the third day of having it they showed a check engine light so far they have checked the vehicle and said that it needs a catalytic converter made me the third day of having it they showed a check engine light so far they have checked the vehicle and said that it needs a catalytic converter made me appointment two weeks away from now and I can’t get any confirmation on whether or not they are putting a new catalytic converter in. Nobody is calling me back. More
