He never pressured me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I finally decided on the Audi TT, he was able to bring in the exact vehicle I wanted very quickly and I drove away a very happy customer in my brand new car. Chilliwack VW is the best! I shopped around and talked to a few VW dealerships but chose Chilliwack VW because of the fast, efficient and genuine nature of the staff - Sat, Keit I shopped around and talked to a few VW dealerships but chose Chilliwack VW because of the fast, efficient and genuine nature of the staff - Sat, Keith and Bill in particular. They were so helpful and made me feel well taken care of during the process of finding and purchasing my first vehicle. They were honest and reliable and I did not feel pressured nor taken advantage of like some other dealerships I was in contact with. I have always been told to be cautious when in talks with dealerships, but you do NOT need to be with Chilliwack VW. They are the best! Love her !! Sat and Keith put me at ease and said they would look after me and they totally did !! There was no fakeness about any of them ,,, love that Ravi had a big smile on his face when he met me in the parking lot right away and brought me to Sat!! We didn't agree on a price that day, but he was kind enough to accommodate making a deal with via text and email since I worked all weekend and was unable to come in during their operating hours. I picked up my car the next day and Bill was very friendly and explained all the warranty information to me in a clear, concise way.
