This dealership mess up with my appointment and I waited 3 hours just for a winter tire change. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment with this dealership just for a tire change, and even thou I confirm 3 hours just for a winter tire change. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment with this dealership just for a tire change, and even thou I confirmed my appointment twice over the phone the dealership still manage to mess up. The sad thing is when I called and check on my car if it's ready since it is almost 5pm, the receptionist told me that the rtire are just being switch, and they just doing it close to closing time- I was told by receptionist when I asked why only nnow when I drop my car at 1430,, she said the eason why it took so long to finished my car is that they are running behind. But when I talked to the guy from the service center when I was paying, he told me that I was not scheduled for Dec 2, and they made a mistake, but since they mess up with the scheduling they have to do the change of tire, but only after they are done with the other cars that also need a service that day. They just started switching the tires around 1615 pm when I called. I brought my car at 1430 pm because that is the scheduled time that I was booked at the service center and I got my car close 1730 pm. I have a lot of errands that I was not able to do that day. And they pretend to give me a 10 % discount fior the inconvenience, but to find out that this discount was a tire insurance that was charge on my i initiall billing that I never agreed purchasing, This is unacceptable that they are even trying to sneak extra charge on my final statement and then when they took it off trying make me believe that they are giving discount , what a joke! More
