They gave me a courtesy car and took my car into the shop to inspect it for the noise it was making and they also fixed the issue it had with having no rear view camera or back up lights , they kept in touch to let me know what was happening and what they were finding. Awesome Help In A Tragic Situation Our resident (apartment building) had a fire in the underground parking and all vehicles were written off. We are also out of home from toxic smoke damage for now. We had 2 cars involved and we went to Chwk VW to get replacement vehicles (we both had VW's before). August was extremely knowledgable of the 3 type of vehicles we were trying to decide to get. Bill was amazing and extremely helpful getting the deal done once we decided!
