Fantastic, Friendly and painless sale After having a poor experience at another VW dealership, I decided to give this location a try. What a great experience. This dealership is smaller and not as fancy, and as a result t feels more welcoming from the moment you step in. I was greeted and Dylan was brought over immediately. I was very specific in my needs as I had already test driven the car I wanted. told him what I needed, Dylan brought the finance guy over right away, and I explained to him what I did and didn't want to get out of this deal. Within an hour they had found my new 2017 Golf, sold my Jetta and arranged a loaner car for the day while they moved cars around. I was given a very fair price on my trade, and not oversold on the new car. Dylan and BIll were accommodating, friendly, and professional, never pushy or overbearing. I would absolutely recommend this location, all the guys on the sales floor are friendly as are the other staff. This dealership is a pleasure to just pop in and say hi. i love my new Golf!! I am so thankful I everyone that contributed their efforts when I really needed it! :) Not only did they make the deal happen but they were prompt with device and replaced the windsheild, gave me an oil change, did a full service inspection and gave me a full tank of gas!
