They worked hard for my business and gave me a reasonable amount for my trade-in. All the little touches were there along the way as well...they really served me. The whole thing really didn't feel like a dealership experience...it felt like we were on the same team working towards a common goal. After the deal was done they took me and introduced me to the service people, gave me some very cool parting gifts, took me through my vehicle to get acquainted. Another thing that impressed me...they filled up the gas tank to full. Sounds like a little thing, but I've been sent on my way with a different dealership only putting in half a tank before I drove a brand new 70 thousand dollar vehicle off of their lot. They get that all of these small touches add up to an extraordinary experience, and obviously their dealer rating reflects that. 5 stars all the way! More

Fantastic, Friendly and painless sale After having a poor experience at another VW dealership, I decided to give this location a try. What a great experience. This dealership is smaller and not as fancy, and as a result t feels more welcoming from the moment you step in. I was greeted and Dylan was brought over immediately. I was very specific in my needs as I had already test driven the car I wanted. told him what I needed, Dylan brought the finance guy over right away, and I explained to him what I did and didn't want to get out of this deal. Within an hour they had found my new 2017 Golf, sold my Jetta and arranged a loaner car for the day while they moved cars around. I was given a very fair price on my trade, and not oversold on the new car. Dylan and BIll were accommodating, friendly, and professional, never pushy or overbearing. I would absolutely recommend this location, all the guys on the sales floor are friendly as are the other staff. This dealership is a pleasure to just pop in and say hi. i love my new Golf!!
