I am so thankful I everyone that contributed their efforts when I really needed it! :) Not only did they make the deal happen but they were prompt with device and replaced the windsheild, gave me an oil change, did a full service inspection and gave me a full tank of gas! Went into the dealership three times personally and still couldn't get what they committed during the purchase completed. Rob finally called me back after multiple attempts and messages with the front desk and his cell phone. If you decide to purchase a car from here, I would suggest you get everything you ask for prior to signing the purchase paperwork. I love VW cars. The next one I purchase I will drive to Langley to buy it. More

He was knowledgeable and passionate about the product and even went so far as to come in on his day off to deliver the car. This is the second opportunity I have had to deal with Bill (Sales Manager) and both times I have found him to be personable and friendly. The transaction with Bill was professional but relaxed and at no time did I feel any pressure to 'make the deal'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product, the dealership and the people to anyone! More

Wonderful Surprise My grandson needed his car, an '07 Rabbit, "fixed"! A warning light in the dash showed a bulb out. I was attempting to get this fixed in time to have My grandson needed his car, an '07 Rabbit, "fixed"! A warning light in the dash showed a bulb out. I was attempting to get this fixed in time to have him take his driving test for his "N". Well it was not as straight forward as I thought it would be, so off to the dealer. I met Evan Delmonico at the service desk and to my surprise he DID NOT have me make an appointment but said let me take a look at that RIGHT NIOW. He came out with a few tools and in less than 10 minutes had found several offending bulbs, replaced them, and for a very affordable price I was on my way and more importantly a hero to my grandson.
