High priced local dealer Chilliwack VW is consistently overpriced on new VW's, 4 yrs ago by $4,000 on a new Golf wagon, currently $1,400 on a new Tiguan. Not sure why anyone w Chilliwack VW is consistently overpriced on new VW's, 4 yrs ago by $4,000 on a new Golf wagon, currently $1,400 on a new Tiguan. Not sure why anyone would purchase a car here, there are many VW dealers a short drive away that offer much better prices on new VW's. It is quite easy to connect via the internet so I am not sure how Chilliwack VW sells cars. More

Graeme was super welcoming and knowledgable about the car. He offered us the car on an extended test drive for the day to make sure that we knew we were making the right decision. Once we got back we also worked with Chris, he worked hard to get us to the price we were comfortable paying, knowing that it was out of our price range as it was. YES, you read correctly, 900 bucks an hour (hourly rate) Since they wanted $30 for a two minute solution. Not only was Chilliwack VW helpful and sane, but they charged ZERO for two minutes work. Terry was a very professional sales person that was very easy to deal with. No pressure sales tactics were used and it is what kept in the dealership long enough to buy a 2015 golf. Even after I signed the paperwork to complete the purchase Terry helped me get my trade in sorted out and completed my Tdi settlement. His manager Terry was also great to deal with. If you have had trouble with other Volkswagen dealerships then make the drive out to Chilliwack and you jyst may save thousands in the mean time. More
