Finally Great Customer Service!! In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past I was shocked when we walked in the door at VW Chilliwack! We were welcomed instant In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past I was shocked when we walked in the door at VW Chilliwack! We were welcomed instantly with a smile and a firm handshake. I was most impressed with the questionnaire to find out what we really needed/wanted in a vehicle. Their concern to find the right car for our lifestyle, I knew we’d be driving away with the absolute right one!! We were never pressured, and given space when we wanted to discuss in private. We needed a night to sleep on our decision and never once felt rushed or pressured. I love that even after a few months I can walk in the door and our sales associate still remembers me, welcoming me with a smile. Now, most importantly, as a woman I have been made to feel stupid and “less than” by previous dealerships. At VW Chilliwack I have been treated with equality and respect. I don’t feel the need to drag my husband along with me to be taken seriously, and this is huge for me!!!! I am so happy we decided to go with VW Chilliwack, and have been referring everyone I know!!
