Absolutely amazing!! This was my first experience with Volkswagen and I have to say I was blown away, not only by the vehicles but also by the staff. The Volkswagen Jetta This was my first experience with Volkswagen and I have to say I was blown away, not only by the vehicles but also by the staff. The Volkswagen Jetta I test drove (then later bought) was so much fun to drive! Ryan McClary definitely made the whole experience of buying a car as stress free as possible. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at, then he recommended the Jetta and I loved it! It was a great experience, 10/10, if you need a new or used car definitely go see Ryan! We found the exact vehicle we were looking, for a fantastic price, but mostly surprisingly, was how much we still talk about the service we received. Brandon was great, even before heading to the dealership. He sent me all the information over the phone about the specific vehicle so that I didn't have to waste my time with a drive. All the information came back great, we wanted to view it. Didn't realize it over the phone, but Brandon is a slightly new salesman however the manager of the branch work with him as well throughout our sale which made us feel at ease. However, when it came to the test drive, Brandon was fantastic on his own. Brandon knew almost everything about this vehicle: history, how it drove, and how to work the features. This was especially pleasantly surprising given the fact that it was a Honda and he was from a Volkswagen dealership. We had previously encountered a salesman at a Honda dealership not knowing anything about the Honda we drove then so that fact that Brandon was able to confidently answer our questions was fantastic! I have already,and will do so more in the future, recommended to family/friends to go to that Volkswagen dealership. Fantastic! More

Poor Service I initially brought my 2018 Tiguan Highline in for issues with parking break, and found that there was a recall on rear shock on vehicle, and that it I initially brought my 2018 Tiguan Highline in for issues with parking break, and found that there was a recall on rear shock on vehicle, and that it had to be taken off the road. I was given a rental (which was a base model, no blue tooth, cloth interior ect). 3 weeks after dropping my vehicle off at Chilliwack VW I get a phone call saying that the recall repair was done, and that they noticed problems with my parking break (which is why I brought it there in the first place). However, there are no parts for it in Canada so they need to order them off the factory line in Germany which will take one to two more weeks. If the parking break issues was investigated when I dropped it off, the parts would have been here by now, instead of me making payments on a vehicle I can't drive for over a month now! More
