Solving problems I had bought a Beetle from Ryan last year. Started having problems with it , even thought I had bought an extended warranty , which helped me greatly I had bought a Beetle from Ryan last year. Started having problems with it , even thought I had bought an extended warranty , which helped me greatly. It came to a point where I had to look at reading the car in. Ryan and his team helped me through this transition which , to me was very hard because I loved that little Beetle. But it was time to look at something else. With Ryan's help and his team I ended up in a new Golf. Which I am extremely happy with. Without Ryan and his help I think I would still be visiting the service department more and more often. I needed a reliable car to get to work because of the distance that I travel , and now because of his help I have a car the I really like , and I know that it will last me for many years to come. I'll recommend Ryan and the VW team to anybody that needs a new or used car. Thank you Ryan. William More

Took my nice car and gave me garbage. Please do not go to Chilliwack Volkswagen for anything. They assured me that the traded car will not have any issues after small repairs. I did the repair and the car was still not running smooth. When i asked for returning the car and buying another one instead, they played me well. What they care about is just their “PROFIT”. They don’t care about the customer at all, even if ypu are paying for it. I won’t refer them even for a new car as they can’t give that kind of service as you will spend. More

Never buy a car from this guy I was looking for a vehicle to buy from other province, and the deal from this dealership looks okay, so I offered what I want and asked Dylan to go t I was looking for a vehicle to buy from other province, and the deal from this dealership looks okay, so I offered what I want and asked Dylan to go though the offer and in the meantime, he was asking for a down payment of $1,000 for the vehicle and he told me twice that this deposit is refundable. I gave that money to show him that I was serious potential buyer, but the day after I pay $1,000, Chris Preston called me and said that they couldn't accept the offer I asked, so I asked for refund of my deposit and left email as well, but I lost contact with them at the moment. Dylan never got back to me yet!(it's been 3 days so far. I tried calling him several times to contact him but he never answered) This guy was being good at first but after I pay the deposit, he's being a defrauder. Those who want to buy a car from him, STAY AWAY More
