Amazing Experience We just left the dealership after purchasing our 2017 Jetta. Our overall experience was incredible. I entered the dealership alone yesterday, feeling incredibly nervous ( I have always entered dealerships with my husband). Immediately Ryan greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. He listened to what my needs were, and did not try to steer me in another direction. On the test drive he was super knowledgable and explained the process of negotiating. I was also greeted by Chris who remembered us from entering the show room two years ago ( impressive memory). Bill was so great to deal with and was so patient when we were being fairly stubborn on our colour choice ( ultimately finding us the perfect colour). Even when Ryan was busy, other sales associate’s in the show room were so friendly, opening the door for us and offering coffee. My daughter who is 17 even commented on the great service. We must mention Roxy ( the show room dog), she kept my son entertained while we negotiated today. He thought she should have come along on the test drive. We all left today commenting on what a positive experience we had in the purchase of our new car. We would absolutely recommend Ryan and everyone at Chilliwack Volkswagen. Even our dog Leonardo is thrilled with his new Volkswagen collar. Thanks to all of you! More

Fast and painless My wife and I had a great experience with Ryan. He made our visit fast and painless.
