My experience this time has been very disappointing. I took my car in over 30 days ago and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. Told the parts department I lost my one and only key fob that came with the car when I bought it, they order a new one in for me. I go to pick the key up a week later and then they decide to tell me I need that came with the car when I bought it, they order a new one in for me. I go to pick the key up a week later and then they decide to tell me I need to schedule in a service to get it reprogrammed. Would be nice to know when I originally ordered the key fob a week earlier. Key Fob finally comes in and it didn’t even come with the key, I get told those are seperate items I need to order. Lack of communication from the parts department on what is needed. If I lost the key fob then I would obviously need the key as well. More
