Asked if they could clear any codes for me even though they thought it would come right back, it would have helped me with my own decision making and diagnosis. Apparently that simple ask was too much and something they did not do even though I explicitly asked if they could do this one specific thing when talking with service before arranging my shuttle back. They also said they washed and vacuumed my car which they did not do. These details go a long way and unfortunately they fell well short. When you spend over $300 to get nowhere and you don’t even get a washer car in return… When asking for details on their diagnosis they were not very knowledgeable or forthcoming. The staff sitting around in the service bay seem unfriendly and the entire experience was far short of anything I would recommend to anyone. More
