We seen a SUV at Chilliwack VW online. My husband requested the payments and nothing added up to the correct payments. She ran a credit check for the correct interest rate but still nothing added up. The next day the finance department connected and was able to give us a correct quote for payments. We put a deposit on a SUV. Drove 2.5hrs to get the SUV. The sales person had it washed but didn’t put the floor mats in. I put the kids in while my husband went to do the paperwork. Tires were low, they didn’t fill the tank, they didn’t activate XM radio. When my husband asked about all of it he was brushed aside. Upon driving home the glue from the sale sticker was still on the window. Now the next day the auto start won’t work and the battery was not working (-10 outside) The key fob battery is dead. Overall I am extremely disappointed that the customer service was so poor and the sales lady even got commission on it. The kicker upon us leaving she mentioned wanting a great review- yet she just brushed my husbands simple question aside. Overall I would not recommend chilliwack VW to anyone! Now I have to find time to figure out my batteries and find time to clean the SUVs windows. Horrible service! Would rather pay more at another dealer, lesson learnt! More
Service department always has excuses. Usually takes 2-3 visits to resolve any issues. Was promised compensation for the last issue we had, but picked up my vehicle and none was offered. Vehicles used to always come back cleaned and washed and now this is not done. Really disappointed in where this dealership is headed. Showed early promise when we bought our first vehicle. But now it seems to be a new crew in there every time we go in for a service. More
Took vehicle in for recall service. Friendly staff no issues. They arranged for an Uber to take me home. The service was done. I feel a little bummed in the sense of spending close to 700 dollars for an oil change and 1000 on a heater motor. There could have been a courtesy car wash or maybe a vacuum.
