Was glad Centaur was able to do the regular service and a couple additional work items to our Outback on relatively short notice. Staff was very helpful along the way. A few days after they installed a new windshield, the rear view mirror fell off its mount. The adhesive may not have set properly or something. I brought the Outback back in and they fixed the issue right away. I definitely recommend this Subaru dealership for service work, especially after a bad customer service experience I just had with the other Subaru dealership in Calgary. More

Me and my friend went for a test drive at Centaur Subaru. Salesperson started off the test drive with an obvious lie then proceeded to speak only to my female friend - to the point that he cut me off twice, Salesperson started off the test drive with an obvious lie then proceeded to speak only to my female friend - to the point that he cut me off twice, and ignored my questions. Got to the test drive - "S" was coughing up a lung in the back seat. Now the evasiveness began. I asked to test some of the active safety features (lane keep, etc.) - was told that they only work at highway speeds, but was not allowed to take the vehicle on the highway. Was told to sign the standard form accepting liability to for any tickets. No problem. I wasn't allowed to take the car on the highway, but was then taken to a back road and told to speed, because there "typically aren't any cops around. " Am I the only one that sees the irony? My friend and I just left and bought cars elsewhere. More
Took my car as scheduled to have windshield replaced, was supposed to take 3 to 4 hrs. Never received a call to let me know it was ready. Called left a message later that afternoon , no call back. Next was supposed to take 3 to 4 hrs. Never received a call to let me know it was ready. Called left a message later that afternoon , no call back. Next day I called Service Manager only to be told car was ready since the day before. Picked up the car and discovered that when you drive over 65 km there is a vibrating sound so called the Service Manager to let him know but have not heard back from him. In the meantime I noticed that the tapes to hold the windshield are still stuck on the car. First Subaru and probably the last. Disappointing service. Have owned Toyotas and Infinity and never experienced such poor service. More
