Went in for an synthetic oil change for my STi and they manage to put a regular oil instead. Mechanics should know what type of oil to put in on a turbo charger car. I had to come back a day later for anot manage to put a regular oil instead. Mechanics should know what type of oil to put in on a turbo charger car. I had to come back a day later for another appointment cause they couldn’t do it the same day. Very disappointing, unprofessional. 30 minute job will take them 2 hours just for labour. Their Mechanics are not properly trained. More
