The staff were friendly and the installation of a new mirror went well. There was initial confusion as customers with the same first and last names were scheduled incorrectly. I had a scheduled appointment but when I arrived I was told There was no appointment. I corrected my address and contact information and rescheduled another appointment. I was called back within 20 minutes and schedules were adjusted to make room for my service after all. The complimentary shuttle service was great. My car was washed after the service and the staff showed me some features in my car. The scheduling issues was acknowledged and corrected in a diplomatic way. Overall, I appreciated the service.
