When checking in, one of your service desk female reps was the most miserable, grumpy, unsmiling and unfriendly I have ever encountered on my 55 years of car ownership. When I returned to pick up, the oth was the most miserable, grumpy, unsmiling and unfriendly I have ever encountered on my 55 years of car ownership. When I returned to pick up, the other female service desk rep was 100% the other way. She was welcoming, friendly, smiling and connecting in a perfect way. Went the extra step to ensure I found my vehicle indoors. Train the first one or dump her! The mechanical service was great and very happy to have my vehicle washed. More
