Bad experience I went to this dealership with my family on Saturday @ 12:30 pm and standing for 15 minutes but no one serve us. We finalized Honda CRV and when they ( chieese guy sitting in cabine) ask me sign lease papers while checking I asked him you did not include lease guard then sales person Mahesh (mike) says he agreed with Mr. Yaseer (sales manager)about it but Yaseer refused and they told me I have to pay extra money if I want the car so I cancelled the deal. No one apologize for this and I was so disappointed . More

This dealership treats you well without taking advantage of you. I know because I did extensive research and comparison before we decided on the car and the dealership. This place is far from where I live but I will only buy from them and have recommended them to all the people Also this is the fist purchase where we had a thorough explanation (Ray is the very patient salesperson). Bonus - they have one of the best burgers (free on Sat during the warm months). They also have donuts. They treat their customers well. I also heard from a friend that their service is good and not overpriced (several friends own several HOnda and we all went to Formula HOnda and we paid in the thousands a lot of times!). do not waste your time goign to other dealership if you are buying a Honda. We found him to be personable, honest, accommodating and eager to please. On the day we picked up the vehicle, Ilyas was very patient and thorough on explaining all the features of the vehicle. He covered all questions and concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Ilyas to anyone interested in making a Honda purchase.
