He showed us everything about the truck we could ever want to know about. The young guy at the Burnaby location had no idea what he was selling. And the atmosphere, showroom and offices in North Van are so much more open and enviting. No hallways and hidden offices. The Boss, Yuri, was right there in plain sight and available anytime we needed him. Heather in finance was extremely friendly and helpful, and knew everthing as well. None of this waiting for answers from rookies!! Sure glad we went there. Such a pleasure to deal with the whole crew!! More
