Truly delightful experience It took us a while to decide on which car to buy. When we finally decided on purchasing a used EV, we stopped by Carter Honda and met with salesperson It took us a while to decide on which car to buy. When we finally decided on purchasing a used EV, we stopped by Carter Honda and met with salesperson Erica. She was so incredibly helpful, kind, and not at all pushy. She asked us about our driving needs and showed us a couple vehicles a Chevy Spark and a Nissan LEAF. We very quickly decided on the Spark -- we both love the way it drives! We also appreciated the Simple Purchase Program. After we made our decision, the next day we came in and worked with Sabrina on financing and finalizing everything. She was delightful -- a great sense of humour and very professional! I have already recommended Carter Honda to a couple friends who are thinking about getting a used EV. More

Best Service Ever! My sister borrowed my CRV which broke down and was towed to Carter Honda. Bill Glavas had my veichle fixed by the next day (new starter) and brought b My sister borrowed my CRV which broke down and was towed to Carter Honda. Bill Glavas had my veichle fixed by the next day (new starter) and brought back to my house for me as I am currently unable to drive due to surgery. We also did all the paperwork by phone so consequently I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Once again excellent service way Above and Beyond all expectations!!! Thank you once again to Bill!
