I have been with Carter Honda Auto Service side since 1984. I have met many different staff who have remained solid service supports for my now three Hondas over the years. I always wonder if I will get the same service with newer staff and can say that it is typically at the same level. Also really enjoy my short but great visits with Shuttle driver Marcello (local in house philosopher). Hope he is there for a very long time to come. More

We just purchased a used 2019 Honda Civic and I wanted Carter to take a look at it before I started driving long distances with it. We came if for their all-point check up and to ask about another key be Carter to take a look at it before I started driving long distances with it. We came if for their all-point check up and to ask about another key being made... They performed the all-point check up and discovered that the dealership we purchased it from did not do their due diligence on their supposed all-point check, the air conditioner compressor was leaking, and the rear brakes had an issue, as well. They were able to repair the brakes straight away for us, all under the existing Warranty, and will have the air conditioner compressor fixed, under Warranty, this week (needed some parts ordered)! The young man at the service desk answered all of our questions when we arrived, called us to inform us of the repairs being needed, explained how long it would take, AND he even came out afterward to answer some technical questions about the Navigation system for us!! Thank you Carter Honda for treating us so wonderfully and taking care of our car for us! We will be long-time customers now!! More
