LIES AND LIES Typical example of a shady dealership. I went in in August and was told a vehicle was to be brought in to me within with an expectation date. I was Typical example of a shady dealership. I went in in August and was told a vehicle was to be brought in to me within with an expectation date. I was made to give a 500$ deposit for it. (DONT DO IT) Two months later, I call for an update and find out that the vehicle is no longer available and since it's the only Honda car I wanted, I asked them to refund my deposit. I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get it back, and they wouldn't cover my interest charge on the credit card since I expected the refund to be processed 2 weeks ago. Don't let their nice personalities get to you - they're all vultures. More

Very impressive all-around We have 2 Hondas & 1 Acura which are all serviced at Carter Honda & have been since 2006. The key reason we have our servicing done there is Bill Glav We have 2 Hondas & 1 Acura which are all serviced at Carter Honda & have been since 2006. The key reason we have our servicing done there is Bill Glavas who is outstanding! As well, the dealership is well run & provides courtesy rides after the vehicle drop. I also like the car-wash coupons at the adjacent car-wash business. We will continue to use Carter as we also like their sponsorship of the Vancouver Canadians as we are a big baseball family. When the time comes we will also buy our next vehicle at Carter as we did with our 2 Hondas. Keep up the great work! More
First use of Honda Roadside Assistance/Regular Carter Client I cannot speak highly enough of the service my wife received last week with a flat tire. Both the Roadside Assistance service which towed the car and I cannot speak highly enough of the service my wife received last week with a flat tire. Both the Roadside Assistance service which towed the car and Carter Honda which matched and replaced the tire in a matter of hours were incredible. We are on our fourth Honda Pilot lease and one of the main reasons is the service we get at Carter Honda. But we were blown away with how good the Roadside Assistance worked - they told my wife they would take care of everything, which they did along with Carter Honda. Truly amazing. (Bill Glavas is always a star). More
