Parts department staff very helpful Dino Zuniga proved to be most helpful and sympathetic to my tire query yesterday. I am a Carter Honda customer so they are my go-to service centre. I had recently bought 4 brand new tires from them and felt confident leaving on a vacation with said new tires. As luck would have it, I got a flat tire while travelling at freeway speed and needless to say, the tire was not repairable. I was already in the Langley area so tried to remedy the situation there all to no avail. No one seemed to have the exact replacement tire I needed so I called Carter. I was put through to Dino in the Parts department and he was so friendly and helpful. He was not able to get me on my way yet that day as it was late and they were fully booked but he DID find the tire I needed and even carried it to my care when I limped my car back on the temporary spare so I could have the tire mounted elsewhere (only because Carter was too busy on short notice) and get on my vacation! I totally appreciate Dino's help! More

I was a bit apprehensive of going to a dealership, but I’m actually glad I did. Bill was super friendly, and explained in simple form the basics of what he did.... (I have no clue about cars at all.) The service was done fast and on time.I was able to drop off my car really late the night before, and it was ready to go by the time they said it would be, so I made it to work on time. I was also very happy they didn’t try and take advantage and sell me crap I didn’t need... just because I’m a girl! I’ll definitely go back! (They do need to put their new phone number on their website. Also, let people on the phone know that their address isn’t the same as the dealership show area where I bought my car. Good thing I asked where to park, or I would’ve ended up leaving my car at Carter Honda, around 8th and Burrard somewhere... far from Granville island where service department is!) More

Service at carter has been great. We ran into a unique problem with a hiccup from a part needing to come from Toronto but Bill persevered in the quest to get me a courtesy car along with getting the car f problem with a hiccup from a part needing to come from Toronto but Bill persevered in the quest to get me a courtesy car along with getting the car fixed. We were scheduled to go camping and had to leave the car in the shop but by piece medaling our cars together we were able to keep our vacation on track. My car now feels brand new and ready to take on more mileage. Unfortunately dealership shops have a bad reputation for up selling. Not Bill. He stands by what is needed and gets it done. More
