I had been going to Carter Honda for about 20 years to service my Hondas. My previous visit did not go very well and I expressed my dissatisfaction through the last survey. However, Bill Glavas called me service my Hondas. My previous visit did not go very well and I expressed my dissatisfaction through the last survey. However, Bill Glavas called me and we discussed my concerns which I appreciated. Bill was very receptive and it was agreed that I would go through him the next time I serviced my Honda Civic. On August 26th, I brought my Honda in and Bill was great (as he always is). We went through what was required and nothing more. The car was done promptly and all issues were addressed. Very professional, indeed. More
