I went in not really sure if I was going to pick a car there or not, I did have my eye on some other vehicles elsewhere, however after talking with Ma I went in not really sure if I was going to pick a car there or not, I did have my eye on some other vehicles elsewhere, however after talking with Mario for about half and hour I knew I was sold! He gave me my options of the cars that had all the features I wanted, in the year model I wanted and never once pushed a car on me. We went for a test drive, he chatted it up with my dad and made sure I did not settle for a car I did not want. He was upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and always had a smile on his face whenever I saw him. He talked very highly of his work, and the dealership, he was beaming like a proud father and referred to work as being like a family. I liked this very much. He assured me that he would find me a car in my price range and he did. Richard took over the financing portion and worked hard to get me a loan with the monthly payments I wanted and even went the extra mile to make sure the payments come out on the day I wanted. Overall I could not have been more pleased with the friendly, happy, professional and courteous service I received while I made my transaction. I would most definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone asking! Even if your just shopping around, go take a peak and see what they are all about ...they wont have to sell you because the environment sells itself! More
