Mario is the type of guy that works for the customer and makes his transactions seamless. His warm, friendly, laid back personality will assure that you are in good hands. Upon taking a vehicle for a test drive, he assists you in picking out things and showing you features. He doesn't press, pressure or make you feel uncomfortable but he welcomes you through an easy process of finding the right vehicle for you. Once we inked the deal he introduced me to Richard, or as I call him "the suit". Richard made the paperwork process easy, seamless, and assisted me in making minor decisions regarding warranties, etc. Again no pressure from the staff, with reliable, knowledgeable and realistic answers. Richard made the interaction friendly and pleasurable. I am very happy that Mario and Richard were the gentleman that assisted me in buying a car, it made my process pleasurable and simple. I would easily recommend this dealership to anyone. More
