Bad dealership When I bought my truck 4 months I noticed a chip on the windshield and told them about it they told me they would appoxie it and if I have any problem When I bought my truck 4 months I noticed a chip on the windshield and told them about it they told me they would appoxie it and if I have any problems to come see them. After repeating more then once to both the salesman and the finance manager that if I have a problem down the road I can come back and being assured they would fix it I bought the vehicule. Sure enough the windshield cracked and when I called to mention it to the manager he says it's not covered. Would not recommend these liars to anybody really shady customer service. More

Great People, Great Service I recently had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my vehicle late November and had been looking for another vehicle. I've been driving by this dealer several times a day and always notice that the lot was full so I decide one day after work to stop in and see what they had to offer. As I'm walking toward the door I ran into Mario and the gentlemen that he is opened up the door for me and asked if I was here to see anyone and I said no one in particular but looking for a vehicle. I explained to him what had happened just a few weeks ago and asked what I wanted to purchase. The process of buying the car was quick and easy. Mario was also great with answering our questions about the car once we bought it and made sure we were comfortable with it. Two weeks later, we have put about 1600 km on the car and it is working perfectly. I highly recommend Car-On and we definitely look forward to dealing with them in the future! More

Mario came back and told me to find the car and Caron would buy it for me Wow factor for sure also it was my first time financing and Simon managed to get my application approved and at a good rate I was amazed by there passion to want to make my experience very memorable. Soon after I took possession of my vehicle the motor blew I was devestated and wasn't sure what I would do but luckily Simon had me purchase a warranty package and was amazed to find out the motor was covered that's where Alex's comes into the picture his proffesionalism in service was also a wow factor he guided me through all the aspects of the repairs kept me informed on what was going to happen with my car they had my car for a week they replaced the motor with a new one no questions asked I'm so grateful to the complete staff at Caron auto they went above and beyond to make my first purchase one I will never forget kudos to the Caron Family there are not to many honest dealerships left in this city I will always recommend Caron to anyone looking and will certainly be back to make my next purchase Super Mario ,Simon ,and Alex thank you so much More

He was sure i would be able to get a great deal as well, surely enough he was right. I now have my vehicle and couldn't be happier. I dealt with Mario Brunet and Simon Caron, they took great care of me and made it work even though my credit wasn't exactly the best. Great salesman average dealership My fiance and I both bought our cars from Car-On last year and had a great experience with our salesman, MARIO!! As for the dealership we weren't 100% happy with delivery of the vehicles - my car had new scratches on rear and front bumper... which were touched up with the wrong paint and when asked prior to signing the papers I was told the car was never in an accident, I was made aware of accidents on the car after having signed the papers. Besides those things, our experience with Car-On was good. More
