Try to avoid service This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, s This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, staff said to get it in on Friday. Nothing got done Friday or Saturday. Monday they needed the whole day to find the problem and to fix it. Got to pay $ 800 to replace a cable. The sad part about this is, that I have had the same issue in Feb and they replaced a fuse for $ 460 and the truck was there for a week. After questioning why it took so long for repair the answer was because I did not have an appointment. So I ended up with paying close to $500 for a cap to get to work. I asked to get some compensation but I just got a bad attitude. I am done with Capital GM. Traded my truck for a DODGE More
The most frustrating helpless experience ever! This was the most frustrating experience ever. Not only did laura Gibbs not know what she was talking about but try to make me pay for things already This was the most frustrating experience ever. Not only did laura Gibbs not know what she was talking about but try to make me pay for things already installed on the vehicle and services not even needed. She would quote one thing and charge you another at a much higher price. She is impossible to get hold of, and when you ask anyone esle for assistance they refuse to help as she is the assistant service manager and they cannot correct anything she has done. Laura kept making everything harder and harder and adding cost for things that were not necessary. She finalized my invoice incorrectly on a Friday just shortly before closing knowing I needed the vehicle urgently for work. She left me stranded for the weekend as she was gone and did not even bother to call just left a email. When I did ask she could provide no shuttle within the week as there hours conflicted with my job but were within their hours of operation. Finally I spoke to manager named Tony Plett who corrected the invoice, paid for my transportation to get there and got me on my way. Tony Plett was a gentlemen and very professional unlike Laura in service. Its hard to believe there is such a transition from Tony on the sales floor to Laura in the service center. I would rate them completely opposite. I would have nothing against recommending anyone to buy a vehicle from the sales floor but would never ever recommend anyone to this service center. Laura Gibbs mislead me, deceived me, left me frustrated and feeling helpless. I honestly felt like I took my vehicle into Satan himself! I am so happy to be out of there ! I will never go back !!!!!!!!! More
Rip off! Customers do not come first! I dropped my car off for a repair. They charged me over $600.00 The repair failed after 3 hours. Terrible Service DO NOT Buy From Here! November 15, 2012, I bought a 2013 GMC Sierra from here. January 23, 2015 mileage 51286 engine light on, oil very dirty & low, may require replacement November 15, 2012, I bought a 2013 GMC Sierra from here. January 23, 2015 mileage 51286 engine light on, oil very dirty & low, may require replacement of oil lifter, manifold filter and oil pressure sensor, even though there was 40% life left on my oil they made me pay for an oil change, there is rusting on paint above front windshield, bumpers, front recovery hooks and running boards. February 18, 2015 service manager said the issue was rust and rust was not covered under warranty, corrosion was covered. I would have to bring the truck in for further inspection to determine the engine light issue. I keep my vehicle in immaculate condition. I have regularly serviced my truck (almost always at the dealer in question & I have receipts to prove this). I only drive my truck on paved roads, in fact I don't think my truck has even been on a gravel road. I also purchased 3M & had my truck's undercarriage and box liner sprayed for protection again all done by the dealer in question. The current mileage is 53212 still under warranty. Oh and $30 to wash my truck? Really? After I spent $50 000+ at your store? Terrible More
