When I walked into the dealership I didn't know what to expect, not having known anyone that had bought from Capital GMC, but the feeling was quite comfortable. Colin was able to answer my questions about financing, and the "cash for clunkers" promotion that was going on, and was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. I didn't feel like I was being harassed to buy a vehicle that was not for me, I knew what I wanted, for the most part, when I went into the dealership. I liked the feeling of trust when I was allowed to test drive the vehicle alone, without a sales rep having to tag along, like so many other dealerships will do. Colin was down to earth, seemed to be a good fit for people in the 25 to 35 yr age bracket who are just purchasing their first vehicle. I never once felt uncomfortable asking him a question about the purchase. Once the sale was complete Colin was the last person we dealt with, he was there to answer any last questions I had, and left me his business card so that I could contact him for any future questions. It was a great sales transaction and I would return to buy my next vehicle there for sure. More

He pulled out a 2007 Kia Sportage that was fully loaded. It had heated seats, sun roof, 4x4, leather interior, and just the perfect size! It was everything I was looking for all in one vehicle. I call him my little mind reader because I was totally unsure of where to start or what to start looking for, but he made the entire process so easy and relaxing. I went in there as a 23 year old girl buying her first vehicle alone and he completely took care of me. If I ever were to purchase another vehicle it would be him I would go back to see. I have told many, many people about the service I have received there and how impressed I was to not be pushed over by some salesman trying to make some money and he didn't try to sell me something out of my budget or something completely different then what I wanted. My Financier was Michael Park and I can honestly say the 2 of them were just an amazing team! Michael helped me get the financing I needed and went to all lengths to make it possible, even when there were a few snags. The first oil change I had done was inadequate. The oil leaked from the filter onto my garage floor and driveway. But the second oil change was done properly and FREE! I had bent a protective bar under the engine and it was rubbing the manifold when I accelerated making an annoying noise. The first visit the mechanic said he did not hear anything and "everything was tight". But the noise persisted. The second visit Kristin asked me if there was any other issues other than the oil change. I repeated the noise story and she said they would find it. It came back from the oil change and again the mechanic said no problem and no noise. Kristin would not take no for an answer and set me up for a ride with master mechanic Mike. He found the bent bar right away and fixed it for free! Great work by Kristen and Mike. They did a fantastic job and kept me coming back, even making up for the inadequate oil change and apparent glossing over of my issues by the mechanics. Thanks! More

The day I bought my vehicle I had just got off an early morning flight from Toronto and I wouldn't be back in Regina again. So his interest in me was the reason I headed to Capitol rather than other dealerships. We headed out to the used lot to look for ourselves because we were on a time limit and didn't have much patience because we were tired. The first person to help us was Don and he was awesome!! I thought my experience with someone selling used vehicles would be scary but Don made it fun and it was genuine. He shared some of his sporting philosophy, experience and autograph. He was honest and taught me some things. I am a teacher so I like to think. Right away I trusted that I wouldn't be ripped off and that I would be taken care of. Jessica was friendly and honest and Tony, busy, but took the time to check over Jessica's work as she was new and make sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my vehicle I was late getting to Regina after a ridiculous day on the road but Don and Michael stayed after closing to finish up the sale. Don had the music pumping in my vehicle when I picked it up and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. They also took my 2002 Mazda off my hands and I benefited from cash for clunkers. My vehicle is great and handles the wet gravel roads that I travel well. I am proud to have a GMC and never thought I would venture away from a Honda or Toyota which is what I grew up with. This description is kind of cheesy but geninue. Thank you so much for a great experience and it was worth the drive to Regina from Eastend. More
