The day I bought my vehicle I had just got off an early morning flight from Toronto and I wouldn't be back in Regina again. I was tired, and apprehensive about buying a used vehicle but I knew what I wante morning flight from Toronto and I wouldn't be back in Regina again. So his interest in me was the reason I headed to Capitol rather than other dealerships. We headed out to the used lot to look for ourselves because we were on a time limit and didn't have much patience because we were tired. The first person to help us was Don and he was awesome!! I thought my experience with someone selling used vehicles would be scary but Don made it fun and it was genuine. He shared some of his sporting philosophy, experience and autograph. He was honest and taught me some things. I am a teacher so I like to think. Right away I trusted that I wouldn't be ripped off and that I would be taken care of. Jessica was friendly and honest and Tony, busy, but took the time to check over Jessica's work as she was new and make sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my vehicle I was late getting to Regina after a ridiculous day on the road but Don and Michael stayed after closing to finish up the sale. Don had the music pumping in my vehicle when I picked it up and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. They also took my 2002 Mazda off my hands and I benefited from cash for clunkers. My vehicle is great and handles the wet gravel roads that I travel well. I am proud to have a GMC and never thought I would venture away from a Honda or Toyota which is what I grew up with. I was shopping on-line from Saskatoon, so my dealings with Everett were by telephone. I was enquiring about an '05 Chevy Cavalier they had advertised on-line. Right from the get-go, Everett was so friendly and helpful. He went right out to the car in order to be able to answer the questions I had regarding its condition and specifications. I was planning on coming down on the weekend to see the vehicle, so Everett and Jazz arranged a Visa deposit for me, and Everett continued to answer any and all further questions I had, through a number of phone calls. I later had to cancel the Visa deposit, and wasn't able to make the trip to Regina to see the vehicle, and Everett was patient and professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process, even though I wasn't able to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. Ryan was not trying to sell me a vehicle he was trying to provide me with the answers to all of my specific questions. He listened to what I had to say and was honest about his opinions. I spent a total of 6 hours at the dealership and originally had intended on just gathering information to formulate an opinion on what I should be purchasing. Ryan provided all the necessary information and spent the entire time with me on 2 test drives in vehicles that I was interested in. The test drives were what convinced me which vehicle I should be purchasing. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in 25 years so this was an extremely big step for me. Ryan was patient and understanding and never pressured me at all which I appreciated. I intended to leave the dealership with information and nothing more, but when I sat in the 2013 Buick Lacrosse I felt that it ("the car") wanted me to purchased it. It felt right. I talked with the financing department and also my banker to make sure that everything was OK and then dealt with Dennis N. and Jona to finalize the deal. I thought for sure that I would have "butterflies" in my stomach and buyers "remorse", but to this day I know it was the right decision and also had assurances from friends and family that I had made the right decision. If I had the money I would go back and purchase the vehicles that I left behind, but right now that isn't a reality (maybe someday). More
