Everyone there made it extremely easy to trade in my old car for something newer. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't want and catered to any requests that I had. I first met Ron when my lease on my Saturn Vue was coming to an end. He made the initial contact and encouraged me to come in for a quick vehicle inspection to see if there were any areas of concern. I end to an end. He made the initial contact and encouraged me to come in for a quick vehicle inspection to see if there were any areas of concern. I ended up purchasing a 2011 GMC Terrain from Capital and Ron made this transition extremely easy. He found my dream vehicle for me with all of my required accessories right down to the seat style and type. When the day finally came to pick up my new "baby", he took the time to fully explain all of the features to me which added to the experience (he even stayed late to do so). Not only did I gain a wonderful and extremely reliable vehicle that day, I also gained a great friend, and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ron or from Capital. I initially went to the dealership looking for a used vehicle for a GM buyback which I have done the last couple of purchases and met with Ian who provided me with his assistance and to explore other opt vehicle for a GM buyback which I have done the last couple of purchases and met with Ian who provided me with his assistance and to explore other options which including showing me the new Buick Verano which I was very impressed with. I have not made a purchase but expect to in the next year and will most certainly be coming back to the dealership and Ian. More
