A pleasant experience I first looked at the Lincoln MKC mid-March. Kelly Warren was happy to talk to me about the vehicle, and did not pressure me into a decision. I came b I first looked at the Lincoln MKC mid-March. Kelly Warren was happy to talk to me about the vehicle, and did not pressure me into a decision. I came back to test drive the MKC several weeks later, then decided to purchase one a few weeks later. Kelly helped us to find a new 2015 that was "a good deal" (that was the part my husband loved). He and Shane made the buying process simple. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was beautifully clean and detailed. I went back to have my "tech session" a few days later, and Kelly took several hours to go over everything with me and yet again, clean my vehicle. In all, it was a very pleasant buying experience! More
