Fantastic Right from the minute I scheduled a test drive on the website I was provided excellent customer service. I was called within 5 minutes of entering my information on the website I got a call to schedule a test drive. I got a confirmation call again that night, as well as a confirmation call in the morning before my test drive. While I was on my way to the dealership I received a text message from PK (my sales adviser) telling me that I would be dealing with him. This was incredibly helpful as I was getting a little worried about traffic and thought I was going to be late. It turns out that I made my appointment on time. I was greeted with a big smile from your receptionist and she had PK there in a few seconds. PK was very helpful and friendly. He took a few minutes just to chat with me and find out if I wanted to trade my old car, so that he could enter all of the info into the system so my car could be appraised while we went for a test drive. Very efficient. I met the sales manager Phil before we left on the test drive. Phil was also very friendly and made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted so he could start the process of me purchasing a car even before I had my test drive. My test drive went very well, PK explained the features and options of the car but was not pushy at all. He told me a bit about your dealership and explained how much he enjoyed working there. We finished the test drive and I was sold on the car. We went inside and started the transaction with Phil explaining the financing procedures and warranty to me. There was a gentleman from finance (I am sorry but his name is escaping me) who came in and took all of my information to begin the finance application. (I do remember that he said I was the first application he would be filling out so his supervisor would be sitting in if it was ok with me.) While I was waiting for the financing to go through, I was repeatedly offered water, coffee, hot dogs etc...The showroom was a very comfortable place to wait. My financing was approved and it only took a few minutes with the two gentlemen from finance to finish all the paper work. While we were doing that, PK took my new car and put fuel in it, then helped me move my personal items from my old car into my new one. He even switched the license plates for me. I am extremely impressed with the high level of cutomer service I received from everyone I met at your dealership. I will recommend Capital Ford to anyone who will listen. Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to ge We (my wife and I) had a great experience at Capital Ford. Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to get along with. We looked at various vehicles from used to new and never felt pressured in any way to chose one vehicle versus another (or but at all). The salesperson (Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable. It was good to see someone so excited about the work they do and the products that they sell.The finance team (Cam and Ken) outlined various purchasing options for each vehicle we were considering. In the end we chose a new vehicle and had no unexpected closing costs or up selling. It was so refreshing to deal with such a great team - open, honest and friendly - just what you expect. More
