Customer Service is What Really Counts We purchased our vehicle 10 months ago and encountered a slight problem with the cooling module. From the moment we walked in to the Service Dept., Ry We purchased our vehicle 10 months ago and encountered a slight problem with the cooling module. From the moment we walked in to the Service Dept., Ryan Rodney greeted us with a smile. He was so friendly and courteous. We were able to quickly arranged shuttle service so we could shop for a few hours. The shuttle driver was unbelievable, he gave us his card and told us to call him when we were ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, the repair took longer than anticipated. Ryan wanted to keep our vehicle overnight to make sure we received the vehicle back without any further problems. He quickly arranged for a rental and then followed up with a call the next morning to tell us our vehicle was ready. This was our first experience with the Service Department and only wish that other car dealerships treated their customers in the same way. More
