Absolutely horrible ! !! On 2 separate occasions they tried to screw me over with SEVERAL thousand dollars of unnecessary service . And on one occasion caused damage to my !! Unbelievably poor customer service and technical service from this place. 2 year old vehicle that their techs cannot seem to fix after 20+ visits and now that we are out of warranty we are being told it is from this place. 2 year old vehicle that their techs cannot seem to fix after 20+ visits and now that we are out of warranty we are being told it is not their problem anymore, even though the problem has never been resolved. And now the GM, Andrew, (who has been MIA throughout the MANY MANY MANY issues in the last 2 years) is trying to sell us a different vehicle for more money as the resolution. The kicker is they wont give us as much for our current vehicle because it is broken... but it is broken because they cant figure out how to fix it. Wouldn't you think after changing the same part 3 times, and the front end twice, you should look into it a little further instead of just continuously changing the same thing over and over?? Was it being done to run out our warranty so they didn't have to deal with it anymore? Make it make sense. We are no longer willing to go in circles with these people so we will be back in tomorrow to discuss it further and if it is not resolved to our satisfaction we will be getting a lawyer involved. We have spent more money on repairs at different mechanic shops to a brand new in-warranty truck due to their incompetence and we cannot let this go. Just want to give anyone out there a little preview of what dealing with this specific dealership entails. More
My husband and I recently purchased a RAM1500 Big Horn at the Kanata location, and Ken has attempted to scam us multiple ways and each time pretending that it was simply a mistake from his end to overcharge the Kanata location, and Ken has attempted to scam us multiple ways and each time pretending that it was simply a mistake from his end to overcharge us accidentally in addition to not refunding the initially deposited money that based on our signed contract were expected to be returned to the original bank account. Causing the worst user experience for us after purchasing 7+ brand-new cars in North America. Terrible salesperson ever!!! More

Save yourself time and money; as well as stress and DO NOT visit this dealership. I have never in my life witnessed such unprofessionalism, lack of communication, greed, and dishonesty. Sales people are inconsiderate, talk down to people and are not understanding to clients needs and wants. They may have a large inventory, but please visit other dealerships first; and hopefully you can avoid this dealership in its entirety. More
