The deal was basically done on the phone and I was given a good value for my trade, and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I had a couple minor issues that had to be dealt with after the sale, that were promptly taken care of. Capital is a great dealership, you won't do better anywhere else. More

Excellent customer service, communication! Purchased my first brand new vehicle here. Everything was over the phone (I called to get some numbers and options) and hour later Kyle called me back Purchased my first brand new vehicle here. Everything was over the phone (I called to get some numbers and options) and hour later Kyle called me back with an offer to good to pass up. I told him I wanted to run it by my spouse, he was 100% understanding and a hour later I was on my way to owning a new Jeep! I flew into the airport, where Kyle picked me and the Jeep was ready to go(the day we agreed upon). I signed all the papers, etc. 1-1/2 hr later was left the dealership in my new ride with a full tank of gas! Kyle was awesome, I told him everything I was looking for and he got it for me!!! Awesome deal, awesome everything! No one complaint :) More

Very unprofessional when the sale didn't go his way. He was both disrespectful and arrogant; the fact that I was a female didn't help the situation.
