APSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE Me and my husband bought a new Jeep Cherokee from this person from Capital Jeep Edmonton. First, we had to wait for a long time to get the deal finished. This person had to ask every single thing to his manager to finalize the deal. Vehicle was not ready so had to come back to this dealership to pick up. Everything was scrabble hand writing and verbal agreement, no print paper of the deal summary provided. Second, the deal was including specific winter tire and base rim together. At the day of when we pick up the vehicle rim wasn't included also tire kind was different than what was promised. He kept on saying rim was not included in the deal and this tire is good kind of tires. MAN! I don't care if this is good tire or not, this is wrong from what we had promised. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST third, the car we bought had a total failure on the battery only 2 days after purchasing. Try to call did not answer nor a call back. More

While the other salesperson did not care to help me or answer my calls or text messages as soon as the papers were signed. JT always answered my calls and got back to me in a timely manner. Throughout the process JT was honest and super down to earth. It is hard to find and trust a car salesperson these days that won't forget you as soon as the papers are signed or wont be deceiving. JT is a standup honest guy. I 100% trust JT with any future vehicle purchases and will be recommending him to anybody that is needing a vehicle. I sat in my vehicle for about 3 mins then got out and stood beside my vehicle for another minute and then walked over to the desk (found out it was the fleet desk) and waited patiently for the gentleman to finish up his phone call (another 3-4 mins) Kat was not in the breezeway at the time but she was the first person to acknowledge me when she did enter.
