We are sorry we did not meet your expectations on your last visit, We take all customer concerns seriously and have reviewed the notes on your last repair. The recall you refer to was not for a fuel pump, but for the fuel pump relay which is an electrical component which supplies power to the fuel pump. This recall was performed on your vehicle in 2015 and so no longer applies to your vehicle. Testing the fuel system is one of the basic tests completed when a vehicle does not start which is why these tests were done on your vehicle. Your vehicle also had the modules scanned to determine if any faults had been stored which may lead to the cause of the "no-start" condition. The "memo" you referred to regarding the WIN (wireless ignition node) is given to us by Chrysler as a possible reason for a "no-start" but with-out diagnosing to confirm, it is only one of many possible reasons. This module is an expensive component to install without first verifying that it is going to fix the problem. The diagnostic charge was for the time spent determining and verifying the proper repair was being made as your vehicles warranty has expired and we are not to claim it through Chrysler. In regards to the loaner vehicle, we are unable to have a similar vehicle to each customers make and model to be used as free loaner vehicle. Hi Chris, . You are hearing a noise that is hard to duplicate at our shop when we drove your Jeep. Despite this we replaced your sunroof glass under warranty which you stated repaired the problem for a time. Subsequent road tests have been done with no abnormal noises detected besides the usual slight creaks heard from all vehicles at lower temperatures. We've also been told that you have been to several different Chrysler/Jeep dealerships to try to have this issue solved without success as well. Our aim is to please every customer. It is unfortunate that with the effort both Capital and other dealers have made, we have not been able to meet your expectations. It’s just getting worse. The issue goes away for a few days then come back. Your employee said it was a poor design....way to stand behind your product. The other dealer was in Okotoks...they are willing to work on it but since I live in Edmonton that is why I went elsewhere. Now every bump in the road the noise is there. You didn’t even try a second time, just blamed the product. You have my information you could have reached out but you didn’t. I will go somewhere else where they care about resolving issues....replace the glass since it was oddly shaped....c’mon worst attempt yet.
