Hello Sukh, with out a name that was used on the repair order I have no way of checking into the specific repair but what you are saying is not true. We do not do any repair that isn't written down and signed off by the customer and there is absolutely no truth that our parts prices are 2 to 3 times higher than anyone. I was quoted a price that was out of line from the other dodge dealers, I did not go for the repair from your dealer but I had to pay close to 400 for a diagnostic fees. The repair I was quoted was for a door latch for the passenger front and rear.
