Good morning Nonamegiven I feel it is necessary to reply to the review you have left. I can't comment on your purchase experience because your purchase experience was 4 years ago, there is no way to confirm or deny anything that is 4 years in the past. As far as your service experience goes, an A/C recharge done in September of 2015 would have nothing to do with an A/C problem due to a leak 32 months later. Your A/C system runs at approximately 300 psi. If a leak was present at that time it would be empty in days not years. Think of a garden hose with a much, much smaller psi. If there was a pinhole and you shut off the tap, your hose would loose it's pressure in hours not years and that isn't even close to 300 psi. Clint Thompson tried to explain this to you, as well as how it would be normal for a system to loose some pressure over time reducing the A/C systems effectiveness but an empty system would be leak related. It appears this was misunderstood? Clint did get in contact with you after your 1 attempt to reach him and I understand that you contacted Chrysler on this as well, though I don't know if maybe that was the interaction that took several attempts to talk to someone. In any event, both Chrysler and Clint said they wouldn't be able to warranty your repair based on your vehicle being 20,000 km over the warranty period. I am sorry that this wasn't the answer you were looking for but this has nothing to do with a leak that you feel was missed 32 months ago, just not possible. It has everything to do with your warranty being expired for the related fix 20,000 km prior. On a side note, if we can warranty a repair for a customer we will because it helps retain a customer and Chrysler pays for the repair, a win win for the dealership. Chrysler knows this though and so they hold all dealerships to a tight standard to uphold the warranty contract and that is all we can do. There are no other options. I will reiterate, there is no sense in responding to something that happened 4 years ago in sales. I will also reiterate, there is no possible way that if you had a leak 3 years ago, your air conditioning would have continued to even remotely work for any period of time let alone 3 years.

Good morning Sachin, thank you for providing me the information I needed to look into your repair order. I did take your pricing concern seriously so we attempted to price shop 4 other Chrysler Dealerships in Edmonton. Only 2 of these got back to us but of the 2 that did, we were all relatively close. There were some services that were slightly higher and some that were slightly lower but overall we are competively priced with the 2 that responded. We also asked the other dealerships if they apply AMA discounts and they do not, so it appears that our pricing is on par with what is out there. You mentioned that the service, advisor and the rest of our staff that dealt with you were great.
