Hello Geoff. My name is Rodel Babor. I purchased online a Jeep Gladiator Willys from your company last September 2, 2021 and was delivered last September 9. First and foremost, the promised delivery date was not observed. Second, I purchased a brand new vehicle so I was surprised to find out that the mileage on it was already 1400 and when I asked my dealer why, he said it is because the boss used it. There were also dog’s fur on the seats. Moreover, there’s a long scratch inside the vehicle like someone used it to carry a heavy thing. I trusted your company because of the good reviews I read from your website but it’s unfortunate that I experienced all of those.I hope your company will do something about this matter and this will not be experienced by other customers again.
