Great service except I dropped off my car at 8:30 am and at 2pm they called to say needed a wheel alignment only to find out they didn’t do it by 4pm. Told it be wouldn’t be ready till 6 and when I voiced m at 2pm they called to say needed a wheel alignment only to find out they didn’t do it by 4pm. Told it be wouldn’t be ready till 6 and when I voiced my concern as the shuttle service ends at 5, they put my car in earlier. Also I asked if it was possible to wash my car, he said yes no problem. Your right did not happen! I was told they were really busy, and I realize that but figure not good customer service. Maybe trying to do too many services for the time they have. But all in all I was on my way by 4:30 and I was happy with what they did and I didn’t have to find my own ride there and was home by 5 instead of 6! More

Stopped in for an oil change. Had come straight from airport n the attendant came right out n told me both vehicles in front were pulling out n I can pull straight in.
