I had never dealt with Capital in the past and was pleasantly surprised when I called on a Saturday morning they were able to get my Jeep in and rectify the problem that day. Going forward, however, I don't know that I would take my vehicle there for anything but a warranty issue as I don't believe it is right to be charged an additional 15% for shop supplies based on the cost of the work order.
