Long story short,CAPITAL JEEP SCAMMED ME. DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased my truck, a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie, back in January. When we were negotiating the pricing, I had it in the deal that the rock chips on the front end would be dealt with. At the time of purchase, the truck was a fresh trade-in, and they just did a basic clean to showcase it. I ended up buying it, and the salesperson, Alice, told me to come in the following weekend to get the detailing and rock chips done. I called multiple times, and the answer was always that they were swamped. We then came to an agreement that I would come back after springtime when things slowed down. Due to work, I was out of town until July. When I tried contacting my salesperson, I learned that she had left the dealership and that they were going to appoint someone to help me, but that never happened. I called again in August and still didn’t receive a call back. I called again at the end of September and expressed my frustration about the lack of customer service, and I was redirected to their General Sales Manager, HUSNY ISMAEL. We made an appointment, and I dropped my truck off on Tuesday, October 8th. When I picked my truck up on Friday, October 11th, the outside was covered in dirt. I was disappointed with the level of professionalism and didn’t take much time to look at the bumper up close; I just wanted to go home after working a 10-hour shift. The next day, when I inspected the work thoroughly, I saw the terrible job they did on my $70,000 truck. They sent it to the cheapest guy they knew, and it shows. They painted over all the plastics, tow hooks, and even the intercooler. As I looked around some more, I noticed my dog seat cover was missing along with my owner’s manual. I texted the General Sales Manager on Saturday with all the pictures of the poor work they did on my front end but got left on read. I figured I wouldn’t bother him over the Thanksgiving weekend, so I waited until today, Tuesday, October 15, to follow up on it. To my surprise, I noticed he blocked my number. When I called the receptionist to speak with the General Manager about this issue, that’s when he finally called me back. He said that the dealership never owed me a detailing and that he was doing me a favor by painting the rock chips since it was after the 90-day policy even though it was negotiated at the time of purchase. He completely disregarded the photos sent, ignored the fact that items were missing, and tried to deflect from the poor workmanship done on the truck. No accountability was taken. Now I'm being refused a fix to this disaster and my items are still missing. I sent this exact message to their General Manager with no reply. More

Vehicle was dropped off at 7:30. They worked on it most of the morning. Mechanic wrestled with rusty bolts..when I got it back at 12:30 they reported that the clunk was still there They worked on it most of the morning. Mechanic wrestled with rusty bolts..when I got it back at 12:30 they reported that the clunk was still there and suggested that it might be the shock absorbers..Drove it home and although it handled a bit better, the clunk was indeed still there. Using my iPhone on a tripod in video mode, I pointed it at the bottom shock and jumped on the back of the Jeep Cherokee and found the problem. Strange that the mechanic didn’t really think that using a screwdriver to check that area wasn’t a good idea. Maybe that wasn’t in the work order and would have cost me more money. They did honour the quote despite all the wresting they had replacing the rear suspension arms. I replace the old bolt in the bottom shock and the clunk is gone. Fixed. Don’t know the name of the woman at service reception but she was courteous and professional. More
