He let a friend who lives in Edmonton, pick up my free gift. It was a 30" T.V. that my daughter is excited to have in her new apartment. Kelvin called to see if I got my new van and how I liked driving it. Mike worked with me to get a price I could afford and to find a van that had the features I needed. There was no high pressure sales pitch to try to get me to purchase a more expensive vehicle and I appreciated that. Dan explained the payment schedules and the interest charges over the various terms and made the financing portion of the deal work for my budget. I purchased my new van from my home using the computer, the phone and the scanner. I never had to drive to Edmonton to sign papers or take in my trade.
